WORLDWIDE DELIVERY - PRINTS ONLY
Our prints now ship worldwide! Please chose the destination country at checkout. Please estimate 5-10 working days for arrival. Parcels sent outside of UK might be subject to customs, duty fees, and VAT. Those additonal fees are customer's responsibility and will have to be paid by the receiver once the parcel reaches the destination country. Home at First Sight is not responsible for the payment of customs and duties at the destination country.
MADE TO ORDER PRINTS
The lead time for our made to order fine-art prints is 10 working days. Those prints are made to order and cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged. Please inspect your pieces upon arrival and notify us of any damage or missing items within 48 hours, so we can quickly process a replacement of the same print. If you order several pieces, including made to order prints, all pieces will be posted together to save you any extra delivery cost. This means your order can take up top 10 working days + shipping time to arrive.
We try to completely avoid plastic packaging and often recycle boxes, packaging and wrapping sent by our suppliers. If you happen to have a bit of plastic protection inside your parcel, you can sleep soundly knowing it has been reused. Our other packaging is either recycled, recyclable and often both.
We hope you love your new pieces but if you wish to return your order you can do so within 14 days of receiving your item.
Please email us at email@example.com to let us know you are sending your item back. Return postage is at customer's own cost, the item should be sent unused and send back in the original packaging.
Please allow 14 working days for the refund to reach your account.

If your item arrives broken or faulty, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org 24 hours of receiving the item, with your order number and a picture of the damage and we will arrange for the replacement or refund.
All vintage pieces are one-of-a-kind items and might show some signs of use and imperfections due to age - those imperfections are not considered defective.
Vintage items are not refundable so please make sure you are happy with the condition before going ahead.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or refund custom and made to order pieces for any reason. We make each product to order and process payment at the time we receive the order. Orders are submitted to production after authorization and cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed.
