Refund policy

We hope you love your new pieces but if you wish to return your order you can do so within 14 days of receiving your item.

Please email us at to let us know you are sending your item back. Return postage is at customer's own cost, the item should be sent unused and send back in the original packaging. 

Please allow 14 working days for the refund to reach your account.

* Please note that vintage, sale and made to order items are not refundable so please make sure to read the description and see pictures before placing the order *

If your item arrives broken or faulty, please contact us at within 24 hours of receiving the item, with your order number and a picture of the damage and we will arrange for the replacement or refund.


Our rugs can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery date.

In order to be eligible for a return, your original item MUST be in new condition and returned without:

•Damage or stains.

•Dirt or grass stains

•Signs of wear, washing, or improper care

•Damage or stains.

•Pet hair or fur

All returned items are thoroughly inspected, and any item(s) returned in a condition deemed as no longer sellable will not be refunded.

Note: Returned items must be shipped back in the original packaging, or similar packaging that will prevent item from damage whilst in transport.

Customer is responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item to us, except in the case of faulty items.
